"Pretty limited selection"
I went in hoping to grab my usual stuff, but the selection felt limited. They had some basics, which was fine, but a lot of the brands and flavors I normally buy weren’t there. I like to have a backup option so I’m not stuck settling or making another trip, but I ended up having to shop somewhere else anyway.

I got my order about half of it was wrong. A few items were missing too, which made it even more frustrating. The wording on the site was misleading because it made it sound like I was getting certain things, and then what showed up was different. I tried to get it sorted out, but the whole process was just annoying. I won’t be ordering from them again

"Most of the time, the prices..."
Most of the time, the prices are better than what I see at my local store, which puts me in a good mood when I’m trying to save a few bucks. Some deals vanish quickly, which is a little frustrating, but I still think it’s worth checking before I go shopping.

Every time I go in, the store looks really clean and put together. Floors nice, aisles clear, nothing feeling messy or cluttered. Just a good, easy shopping experience

"Deliveries are always late and no one takes responsibility"
My deliveries keep showing up late, and the updates are either vague or don’t come at all. What’s most frustrating is that when I try to get answers, everyone seems to pass it off to someone else and nobody actually takes ownership of the issue.

"Site is kinda frustrating"
I was trying to use shopcomparefoods.com before heading out to the store, just to check a few things, but the site felt clunky to me.
The pages were loading slow on my end, and I kept having to look around for stuff like current deals or basic store info. A couple buttons seemed like they didnt really do anything, which was kinda annoying.
It does work if you really need to use it, but I ended up giving up after a little while. It could definately be a lot easier to get around

Went to grab my usual stuff and half of it was out of stock again. Kinda frustrating when you make a list and theres just empty spots on the shelves

"Customer service really missed the mark"
I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just basic help in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, the customer service was slow and not very helpful. Most of the time, it felt like I was being ignored, which is frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple issue handled.

"Food showed up old and customer service kept transferring me"
I ordered some produce and a few meat items, and most of it didn’t look fresh when it arrived. The lettuce was already wilting, the fruit had soft spots, and one pack of chicken smelled weird enough that I just tossed it. I tried reaching out about it, but I kept getting transferred around instead of getting any real help, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Maybe it was just a bad order, but I was disappointed. Definitely didn’t feel worth the money...

"Return process has been frustrating"
I returned my order and I’m still waiting on the refund. I understand things can take a little time, but it feels only fair to get a clear update or have the refund processed within a reasonable window...
